Infinite Studio ("the Service") is a real-time video generation demo operated by Tenstorrent ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Account information (via Google Sign-In). When you sign in, Google shares the following with us: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We do not access any other Google data (Drive, Calendar, contacts, etc.).
Prompts you submit. When you submit a prompt to steer the video generation, we log the prompt text and associate it with your user ID. This allows us to debug the system, evaluate model performance, and improve the Service.
Generated content. Videos generated during your session are stored on our servers. These may be tied to your user ID for system logging purposes.
Technical data. We may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps of activity, for security and operational purposes.

We do not control how these third parties handle your data once it is transmitted to them, beyond what is set out in our agreements with them.
We retain prompts and generated content for as long as needed to operate, debug, and improve the Service, unless you request deletion. Account information is retained as long as your account remains active. Technical logs are typically retained for 90 days.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Infinite Studio is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
