Infinite Studio is a real-time AI video generation demonstration that uses Tenstorrent hardware and third-party AI models to generate continuous video streams from user-submitted text prompts. The Service is provided for demonstration, research, and evaluation purposes.
The Service is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable threshold) to use the Service. By using Infinite Studio, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Access to certain features requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

You retain ownership of any text prompts you submit. By submitting prompts, you grant Tenstorrent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process those prompts for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your prompts do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, or any applicable laws.
The Infinite Studio interface, branding, software, and underlying infrastructure are owned by or licensed to Tenstorrent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software or infrastructure without express written permission.
"Infinite Studio," "Tenstorrent," and associated logos are trademarks of Tenstorrent Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
Videos generated by the Service are produced by AI models and are provided for demonstration purposes only. Tenstorrent makes no representations about the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
AI-generated content may be unpredictable. You acknowledge that output quality, style, and subject matter can vary and that Tenstorrent is not responsible for the specific content of generated videos, provided it does not violate our usage policies.
Tenstorrent does not claim copyright ownership over AI-generated videos. Your rights to use generated content are subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction, including any limitations on AI-generated works.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TENSTORRENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
The Service is a technology demonstration. It is not intended for use in safety-critical applications, medical diagnosis, legal proceedings, or any other context where accuracy is essential.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENSTORRENT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL TENSTORRENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenstorrent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email if you have an account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
